From serving in the United States Air Force & Desert Shield / Desert Storm Veteran to opening his own consulting firm in 2003, Joseph has supported clients large and small for nearly 28 years. He has worked with many Medical and Pharmaceutical companies that are Fortune 500 and continues to provide the same dedication to all his clients. Practicing since the first internet boom, Joseph has hands-on experience with how technology affects the Medical and Pharmaceutical industry. Staying ahead of the frequent changes within the industry's practices is Joseph's sixth sense.
History
After serving for four years in the United States Air Force, and a Desert Shield / Storm veteran, Joseph started working In New Jersey at Johnson & Johnson within the manufacturing of coronary stent angioplasty. After being introduced in the realm of Extrusion Polymers Joseph found a calling within this field of service.
After a short stent (no pun intended) as a Validation Engineer in the industry of Nuclear Pharmaceutical Joseph went with a Turn-key consulting firm in the Design, Construction, and Compliance where he was exposed to over 15 companies needing Validation and Compliance services.
Validation Compliance Group opened its doors in 2003. Since then, they've facilitated the success of projects within Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Novartis, TEVA, GE Healthcare just to name a few. Joseph brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and nuanced perspective that makes their consulting firm sustainable for the last 28 years.
